2-Minute Rhythmic Breathing:
Close your eyes and picture yourself in a favorite peaceful setting.
Breathe Rhythmically:
Breathe in slowly to the count of 4
Hold your breath for the count of 2 (slowly)
Breathe out slowly to the count of 4
Hold your breath for the count of 2 (slowly)
Repeat 4 more times
Then ... Think of one thing you are truly grateful for and express heartfelt thanks.
Hold your hand to your heart and send love to yourself.
Feel and welcome the sense of calmness that washes over you.
Open your eyes and resume your day.
